Esperamos tengas a bien comprender que si el producto no está en las condiciones originales de venta, el mismo será devuelto a tu domicilio sin posibilidad de devolución de dinero o de otro producto en reemplazo y deberás abonar su costo de envío contrareembolso.
El cambio puede ser efectuado personalmente en nuestro local o enviando el producto por correo. En ese caso, deberás comunicarte con nosotros para definir por qué otro producto se realizará el cambio. El cargo de ambos envíos (ida y vuelta) queda a cargo del cliente.
You can exchange a product as long as it meets certain requirements:

The change can be made in person at our premises or by sending the product by mail. In that case, you must contact us to define why another product will make the change. The cost of both shipments (round trip) is the responsibility of the customer.
